Once you place your order, we’ll send you a simple form to fill out. It’ll ask for the basics — names, relationship details, special moments, and anything you'd like to include (yes, you can absolutely ask for dragons or space operas or a sweeping Bridgerton-style romance). You'll also be able to tell us the tone you want — funny, heartfelt, poetic, epic, or a little of everything.
Once we have your completed form, we’ll get to writing. Within 5 days, you’ll receive your personalised story scroll as a printable digital file (PDF format), ready for you to print, roll, and tie in ribbon to match your wedding theme. ✨
You’ll also have the chance for one round of edits — anything you want tweaked, we’ll lovingly adjust.

Because each story is made just for you, we don’t offer returns or refunds on completed scrolls. But we do care deeply about making sure you love what you receive.
That’s why every order includes one round of edits — if something doesn’t feel quite right, just let us know, and we’ll tweak it until it does. We're not happy unless you're happy (or at least mildly enchanted).
